Nominations:

Please make sure nominations forms are received at the show office, Churchill Park, by 12 noon Wednesday 31st October.

Delivering Exhibits:

Exhibits must be staged by 9.45am on Friday 2nd November Sorry, no late nominations can be accepted.

Collection:

Please collect exhibitions Saturday 3rd November between 4.15 & 5pm. Exhibits can only be collected by showing ‘Receipt of Entry’

SPECIAL AWARDS:

A voucher, donated by Summit Fertilisers will be awarded to the most outstanding exhibit in classes 1 to 17.

Vouchers have been donated by Cheeselinks for the best exhibit in classes 12 - 13 & 15.

SPECIAL REGULATIONS:

• All exhibits must have been produced on the exhibitor’s property.

• Where there is only one entry in a class, the prize will be at the discretion of the judge.

• Exhibit cards must be attached to all entries.

1 Cow’s milk, 600ml in glass bottle or jar. (Not sauce or pickle jar.)

2 Goat’s milk, 600ml in glass bottle or jar. (Not sauce or pickle jar.)

3 Dairy butter, 125g on plate.

4 Fetta cheese, 125g on plate, homemade.

5 Cheese, any other variety, 125g on plate, homemade.

6 Separated cream, 500g jar.

7 Yoghurt, any variety, 200g, homemade.

8 Hen Eggs, brown, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

9 Hen Eggs, white, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

10 Hen Eggs, blue, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

11 Bantam Eggs, brown, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

12 Bantam Eggs, white, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

13 Guinea Fowl Eggs, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

14 Duck Eggs, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

15 Any other Eggs, not in schedule, ½ dozen unwashed, in a carton.

16 Honey, 500g jar.

17 Honey in a comb, full depth or ¾ frames.
